1. Legal Status

This Platform (www.charzex.com, mobile site, and application) is owned and operated by Charzex, located at:

51/11, West Babarpur, Shahdara, Delhi – 110032, India

2. Nature of Services

Charzex provides EV charging access, wallet-based payments, charging session management, and charging infrastructure services.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate information.
• You must be legally capable of entering contracts.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials. Charzex is not liable for losses due to compromised accounts.

5. Payments & Wallet

• Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-interest bearing.
• Charging fees are based on kWh consumption and time used.
• Wallet funds cannot be converted to cash.

6. Charging Sessions

Users may stop charging at any time. Charges apply until the session ends. Charzex is not responsible for vehicle compatibility issues.

7. Prohibited Use

• Use for unlawful purposes
• Unauthorized access to systems
• Fraudulent refund attempts
• Interference with charging hardware

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and design elements belong to Charzex. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Charzex shall not be liable for indirect damages, power failures, network interruptions, or vehicle-related issues beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Delhi courts.
