1. General Policy

This policy governs cancellations, wallet refunds, duplicate payments, and charging session disputes on the Charzex Platform.

2. Charging Session Refunds

Before Charging Starts

If charging fails due to technical issues, the amount will be reversed to wallet or refunded to the original payment method.

After Charging Starts

Once charging begins, payments are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Charges are based on actual energy consumed.

3. Wallet Recharge Policy

  • Wallet recharges are non-refundable.
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable.
  • Refund may be considered in duplicate or failed transactions.

4. Duplicate Transactions

If charged twice, notify support within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Interrupted Sessions

Users are charged only for energy consumed. Overcharges, if any, will be adjusted or refunded.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed charging sessions
  • Used wallet balance
  • User error in charger selection
  • Device or network issues

7. Fraud Prevention

Charzex reserves the right to reject suspicious refund claims and suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity.

8. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
